FAQ

It also allows you to turn the images, reports and selected plant list into a PDF for easy e-mailing. When I insert CD in the drive nothing happens….
- If you see a message about a 16-bit issue, this is a Windows XP issue not a PlantFile loading issue. Please send me an email saying you have a Service Pack 2 problem, and I’ll send you a return email with the fix I’ve put together using internet research.
- Take the CD to another PC and try to install. If it works, then it’s not a CD problem but rather something about the first PC you tried it on. If it still does’t work, then send it back to us and we’ll replace it with another.
